OsmoSync  ·  AIOS & sub-OS / infrastructure builds

Two kinds of buyer. One already knows they want AI and an OS. The other just feels the cost of running a business the old way and does not know it is fixable yet.

We do not build a whole AIOS so they can run the entire company. We build the one bottleneck (usually Acquisition, Sales, Marketing, or Operations) that, automated first, returns revenue, time, or scale.

Who they are

  • Founder, COO, or operator ready to hand a function off the team's plate
  • Any B2B company, 5–500 people (under 5 = too little to operate)
  • Has revenue. Business model is proven, the bottleneck is operations
  • At least one repeating function still done by hand (sales, ops, content, onboarding, reporting)
  • Stuck at Level 1–2 (AI tools / brittle automations), no real system
  • Willing to put company context into a system, not keep it in people's heads

What they want · two categories

1. They already want itdemand-led · speak "OS"
Knows AI, wants the system. This demand barely exists until our marketing teaches the market to ask for it by name.
  • A function that runs without them (Co-CEO level context)
  • One source of truth for all context and data
  • Own the OS outright, in their accounts
  • Operate the company from anywhere, even a phone
2. They only feel the painpain-led · speak "infrastructure"
Not asking for AI. We name the bottleneck, make the pain real, then show the build that removes it.
  • Make this bottleneck stop costing me revenue and time
  • Get my key people off robot work, back onto high-value work
  • Stop hiring just to keep up with manual load
  • Make the broken, manual process reliable and scalable

Current pain points

  • !"I'm the bottleneck. Nothing moves without me"
  • !Knowledge lives in people's heads. Every exit costs months
  • !15 automations that don't talk to each other, still held together by hand
  • !Hiring more people just to do repetitive work
  • !Tried multiple tools. None fit, none stuck
  • !Key people stuck on work that should have been automated

Mindset profile

  • Wants leverage, not more labor
  • Wants an operating system, not one more AI tool
  • Systems thinker. Builds assets that compound
  • Will invest deeply if they trust the operator
  • Motivated by ownership and control, not hype
  • Ready to externalize what they know into the system

What we actually build · bottleneck-first

Same system, two names: Sales OS = Sales infrastructure, Marketing OS = Marketing infrastructure, and so on. We don't build the whole AIOS to run the whole business. We attack the one bottleneck that returns the most when fixed first: revenue or cost, time, or scale.

Where the demand actually is

Acquisition OS Sales OS Marketing OS Operations OS
Secondary / tertiary: Finance, Design, Product. Automated last, if at all.
Save revenue = cut cost (same lever)  +  save time  +  unlock scale.

We build a sub-OS when

  • 1The function is the bottleneck blocking scale
  • 2The work is still manual
  • 3Key people are stuck on automatable work. They didn't know it could be, tried solutions that didn't fit, or hired an agency that didn't work out (no audit, no consulting, just "we'll build it all" on a 2-3 month timeline that fits no one)

Who this is NOT for

Build the bottleneck OS first. Expand toward the full AIOS only as trust compounds.
